Property Access, Delivery & Collection

At Lilly’s Linen Cupboard, we make luxury linen hire simple, seamless and stress-free. To ensure a smooth delivery and collection, please provide the following information when placing your booking.

Special Requests

Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your delivery effortless.

Examples include:

• Please make all beds before guests arrive. (Extra costs apply)
• Deliver before a specific time.
• Contact the property manager on arrival.
• Other instructions.

Collection

On your scheduled collection day, our team will collect your hired linen from the agreed collection location. We are happy to work with your Cleaning Team or Property Manager, please let us know how we can best assist you.
No need to wash, dry or iron the linen - we will take care of that.

Please ensure:

• All items must remain at the property.
• Access is available as arranged during your booking.

Damaged or Missing Items

We understand accidents happen.

If an item becomes damaged or permanently stained during your hire, please let us know as soon as possible.

Missing or irreparably damaged items may incur a replacement charge in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Privacy & Security

Your privacy and the security of your property are important to us.

Any access information you provide, including key safe codes, smart lock codes and property instructions, is used only by authorised Lilly’s Linen Cupboard team members for the purpose of delivering and collecting your hired linen.

Your information will:

• Be treated as strictly confidential.
• Be used only for your scheduled booking. We do not store delivery information 
• Never be shared with third parties unless required by law or authorised by you.
• Be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Permission to Access

By confirming your booking, you authorise Lilly’s Linen Cupboard to access your property using the information provided for the purpose of delivering, preparing (where applicable) and collecting your hired linen.

You confirm that the access details supplied are correct and that Lilly’s Linen Cupboard has permission to enter the property during the agreed delivery and collection times. 

We share photographic evidence of your delivery so you can relax knowing that you can rely on us.
